A last-minute opportunity turned into a fast-paced creative challenge: develop a complete brand identity and packaging concept for a new beef biltong product within 24 hours.

From the initial brief to final production files, the project required quick decision-making, strong visual direction, and a focus on creating a product ready to enter the market.

The brief


A short call and a single reference image via text message was the starting point: create a logo, packaging concept, and production-ready files for a new beef biltong product within 24 hours.


The final product

The final result was a custom flat pouch design created for three flavors: Original, Black Truffle, and Spicy Peri-Peri. The packaging was designed to feel premium, approachable, and ready for retail production.

Production files

Final production files were prepared to ensure accurate execution from concept to manufacturing, including packaging specifications and print-ready artwork.

10K Production

The final packaging moved from concept into production, with 10,000 units created and ready to be filled with the finished product.
